.biz is a global TLD (Top Level Domain) that was originally intended for commercial eCommerce businesses.
.cc
.cc is a global TLD (Top Level Domain) for general use.
.com
.com is a global TLD (Top Level Domain) that was originally intended for commercial entities and businesses. Currently, any individual or organization can register a domain name in the .com Top Level Domain.
.edu
.edu is a global TLD (Top Level Domain) in which only 4 year accredited universities (educational institutions) may register a domain name.

.gif is a common file format for graphics that are used on the world wide web. Stands for Graphics Interchange Format.

.info is a global TLD (Top Level Domain) that was originally intended for information web sites.

.jpg is the file extension for the file type Jpeg. A jpeg file is a common, compressed graphic format that is easily viewed on the Internet. Stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group.

.mil is a global TLD (Top Level Domain) that is reserved for use by the United States Military for military web sites.
